Try Dragon Boat paddling with the Capital Dragons for FREE

Join us for an invigorating morning paddle! It's early, but that's how we beat the heat this time of the year. Come down, meet some of the team members, and learn the basics of paddling. The boat leaves sharp on time, so don't be late!

Other regular paddlers will be joining as usual without RSVP'ing, so spaces are limited. Here are some important things to keep in mind:

• Bring water/hydration with you.
• Bring appropriate sun protection, a hat is highly recommended and/or sunscreen.
• Bring dry clothes to change into after practice.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You don't need to be able to swim; we provide buoyance aids.
• The team usually goes for breakfast after Sunday practice, and you're welcome to join us!
• By signing up, you consent to the Capital Dragons posting and/or sharing photos or videos taken during the session in relation to paddling on their website, facebook, instagram, youtube, vimeo or any other social network.
• It's really FREE to try out!
