- Please select "Friends and Family" when using PayPal to avoid PayPal fees
- Your deposit is only refunded if you attend the meal
- Deposits are to incentivise people to turn up to the meal for the sake of the restaurant and also your fellow Diners
- Deposits will be asked for 1 week prior to the meal and are not required earlier than that
- Deposits which cancelled RSVPs/no-shows lose are put towards the upkeep of Dining Out Cardiff which costs £335 a year to run which is in no way covered by the amount of £8 annual memberships we receive

- Annual membership is £8
- First timers at meals don't need to be a member. But to attend any subsequent meals they must pay the £8 annual membership
