Teaching those that either is starting their spiritual and healing journey or are on one.
Classes on meditation, healing, and inner and spiritual connection/awareness.
This is for those with open minds to learning new ways.

Classes are located at my office in Sarasota ~ 7717 Holiday Drive. I have a separate office room that I have my classes in.
Please note the following information when attending my classes:
I do reserve the right to refuse attendance of individuals that I feel do not fit in the class or for any reason.
I do not allow those that are negative or disrespectful of others.
If you are sick or coughing etc do not attend my classes. Coughing, even if its allergies, will interrupt others meditating.
I do have a minimum to have classes. If the minimum is not met, I will refund the class fee.
I do require 48 hour cancelation notice to receive a refund. I do charge credit card, meet up fees off of the refund. If 48 hour notice is not given, no refund.
All classes are prepayment.
Space is limited, RSVP is required, no drop ins.
You will need to arrive before the time of the class. The class starts at that time. If you are late, no entry due to the class has started and I do not interrupt the class or start it over.
No soliciting your business or other businesses at or during my classes.
Everyone that attends my classes will sign a release form. Contact me for more information.
No recording the classes or events.
I do not allow cell phones, personal belongings (purses, bags etc) in the class. Please leave them at home or in your car. If you need to have a cell phone with you at all times, the classes are not for you. It will interrupt the class. NO exceptions.
No animals/pets allowed
No vaping or smoking in the class/office.
Do not attend if you have been drinking or intoxicated of any type. You will be asked to leave.

I will start by describing various experiences you may have while viewing your past life. Then, I will guide you through steps to achieve deep relaxation and open your intuitive mind's eye. I will encourage you to play detective during your experience, looking for information such as dates, places, profession, age, name, gender, and the people around you.
In our past lives, we ask to be released and healed from any karma or unresolved issues so that we can let go and move forward. By doing so, we can free ourselves from anything that may be holding us back. The group will come together to experience a moment of healing energy and empower themselves.
During this time, you will also meet with your spirit guides to assist you in visiting your past life and viewing your library of records of all your previous lifetimes.
After viewing the past life, I will have you ask your Spirit guides to tell you what the meaning of that life was. (The theme) We will then move forward into this lifetime to find out about future events.
When you undergo this form of meditation, your memories will feel authentic and vivid, almost as if you are reliving them. Despite the intense and realistic nature of these memories, you will also experience a sense of freedom as any emotional barriers that are holding you back in your current life are released.
After the mediation, each shares their experience with the other. Everyone will receive a paper to write down what they saw so that they remember.

Class is an all-day event. Please plan on staying for the entire time it is required.
Cost $100
** To hold your spot in the class, you will need to make a deposit. It will be half the fee. The remainder can be paid in person before or on the day of the class. You will be emailed an invoice, from which you will make your payment. Please email me at [email protected] if you want to attend and provide your email address and full name. I will send the invoice then. Please note that I do have a minimum to have the class. Please pass this information on to anyone you think would like to attend.
