Join us for free meditation classes at Calavara Hills Community Center in Carlsbad Room 2 (104). Beginners or intermediate are welcome. Chairs will be available for use. Feel free to wear some shoes that slip on easy as you may want to briefly remove them for your meditation. That's it! All that's left is to feel the cool breeze of kundalini above your head and over your palms and most importantly the peace within.
