CASHFLOW 101 teaches participants investment fundamentals, including how to take control of personal finances, how to build a business incorporating proper cash flow management, and learning how to invest in real estate and other businesses.
If you are an entrepreneur or investor in DC AREA (or if you just want to ditch the 9-5 and create passive income) this group is for you! This group is created around the concepts of the bestselling business book of all time: "Rich Dad Poor Dad". The author of the book created a board game that teaches real estate, the stock market, business, franchises, IP, and all things investing!

The activity that we will do the most in the group will be playing the cashflow 101 and 202 games. Each game will include time to ask questions and discuss what you learned from the game, as well as a chance to meet and network with other business owners and investors. Some of the topics that we will cover in this group are:
Real Estate Investing, Stock Market, Online Marketing, Business Ownership, Facebook Ads, Network marketing ... basically anything that can create passive/residual income.
