An epic journey (for a casual cyclist!) starts at Pierhead Building in Cardiff Bay and follows the Wales Coastal Path to Sully.

Bring a packed lunch! 🥪☕

Along the way taking in: the barrage, Penarth, a stop at Cosmeston Lakes, and then onto the Captain's Wife pub for a breather and refreshments before heading back to Cardiff Bay.
