Bonjour aspiring Francophones!
Are you ready to continue your French language adventure? This will be our language sprint for B1. Our B1 series in divided into 3 parts each has 50 lessons. Part 1 will start this month.
Things that you should already have a mastery in:
- Indicative Mood ( Present, Passe Compose, Imperfect, Futur, Imperative)
- Conditional Mood (Present)
Topics that we will tackle:
- Ability to express oneself in familiar situations and generally deal with unfamiliar ones.
- Understand the primary points of information regarding leisure, work, and school.
- Provide brief explanations for their plans and opinions and express their ambitions, future events, hopes, and dreams.
I used to teach university level french classes when I was working as a grad student at UCI. My specialization was in French Literature and Languages.
Each 2 hr session concentrates on a fundamental aspect of the language: Vocabulary, Communication Skills, Grammar, or Reading. All topics are selected for daily life applicability, adhering to CEFR B1 guidelines.
The sprint contains 49 lessons. Each lesson will not be repeated. This sprint shall meet 2x a week TTH at 7:00.
English would be limited and only used when necessary.
