Free Dance Journey "Reborn Through Dance"

During this dance journey I invite you to experience the transformative power of dance to the sound of a set of music and subtle voice invitations designed to make you relive the joy of being born as you are.

My Intention with my spaces:
- Create spaces for knowledge, expression and self-development through movement and dance.
- Transmute physical blockages and limiting beliefs that prevent our fulfillment, self-love and connection to others and to Nature.
- Foster community belonging and growth in togetherness

Why “Reborn Through Dance”?

At our birth we have multiple needs which often cannot be met (natural birth, contact with mother, being breast feeded, being celebrated, arriving in a secure context, etc.) and this creates blockages at different levels which impact our ability to be authentic and deploy ourselves (merit, ability to have pleasure, have self-confidence, know and express our needs, etc.).

Through the intuitive movement of your body and my subtle invitations you will be able to contact these blockages (those which you will be ready to know and release), see the beautiful protective role they had, understand that you now have the capacity to let go of them and let them dissolve gently.

Throughout these journeys you will be able to reconnect with the pleasure of being alive and become more clear about who you are and the reality you wish to create, all without thinking about it mentally, just by letting the body express itself.

5 immersive workshops to better understand and express your essence and transmute into Art the shadows that prevent you from fully deploying it. 6-8 people max. Gp closes after 1st session.
