" Boost Dance " Free Dance Workshop

A parenthesis to come and dance your art, let go of heavy luggage and tensions and embody by movement everything you are or want to become.

There is room for all parts and versions of you, including those you have not yet discovered!

45 minutes of a varied and surprising playlist will accompany this safe moment of pure and simple expression of everything that is alive in you at the moment.

On Wednesday, December 4, the playlist adapts to children who are welcome to share a creative moment with parents, nannies, friends, grandparents.

Contribution: 5 spots at 8€ the remaining at 10€ / children 5€ / 3 sessions 25 €

Procedure:

⟫ Reception then closing of the doors 5 minutes after the time
⟫ Opening circle and sharing
⟫ Guided body activation
⟫ In the first part of the musical wave it is about releasing tensions and expressing everything that is alive in you.
⟫ On the second part the invitation will be to make more intentional movements that embody the energy of the part of you that you want to be on the driver seat for the week.
⟫ Walk back to calm
⟫ End circle and final sharing

On December 4th it will be an opportunity to come and dance between adults and children!

These spaces aim to create links through dance, allowing everyone to express themselves freely. These interactive workshops will offer young and old the opportunity to discover new movements, know and share other facets of oneself, in a warm and inclusive atmosphere. Expect joyful moments, filled with laughter on the track.

🎵 Dance style: Free and intuitive dance
👥 For whom: Open to all and no dance experience is required. On December 4, children from 8 years old are welcome.
👕 How: with comfortable clothes that will allow you to move freely and a bottle of water to stay hydrated. Bring a change of clothes because you may sweat well.
