Cathedral Yoga Monday December 2

Cathedral yoga returns on Monday December 2 when Greta will be our teacher. As a special treat, Greta will be joined by a sound bath artist during class.

We’re in cold and flu season, so if you are sick, please be considerate of our yoga community and stay home. The cathedral will be providing masks, and you can pick one up as you enter if you forget your own.

While cathedral yoga is a free practice, donations are welcomed to help support the Yoga program.
