Communication By Captivation is both an in-person and online community of multimedia artists (From Cartoonists to Live Performers) working together towards the creation of deeply meaningful storytelling.
You may have seen some of CBC's recent Austin theater productions: Frank's Life, Glengarry Glen Ross, Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog, and last year's production of A Christmas Carol Against Humanity!We welcome all those willing to challenge themselves to develop their ability to captivate the heart and soul of an audience; collaborate to tell stories bigger than any one person could; and through it all, have fun! We are completely self-and-patron funded and do not accept government grants.
