Celtic & Chakra Meditation
Details
You are welcome to this drop-in group meditation practice weaving Celtic spiritual practices with the Bhuddist & Hindu Chakra energy systems in a guided meditation for beginners or people returning to meditation.
The meditation practice incorporates the 6 senses offering tools and techniques to enhance the activation of the chakra (energy system). These include minerals, herbs, sounds, movement, affirmations, smells and visualizations giving you a wealth of knowledge on the transformative practice of this style of meditation.
This meditation uses gentle breath practice, affirmation and intention to guide you to a deepening harmony, balance and peace and offers guidance to creating your themed ceremonial table.
A renowned Chakra Meditation enthusiast and curator, Lorna gently curates meditators into Theta states which activate the imagination and accesses deep callings.
With years of experience in the field, Lorna has guided countless individuals towards achieving inner peace and balance through her teachings. She has trained under Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s world-renowned Art of Living Meditation of Pranayama & Sudarshan Kriya. Her focus is on accessing Theta states through Celtic & Chakra Meditation healing, where manifestations and healing happen.
Key Highlights of Meditation:
- Manifestation: Removing blocks to the path of enlightenment. Manifestation is achieved by being in alignment and attracting what you are, not what you want.
- Breathwork: Controlling your breath is taking control of your life
- Deep Calm: The longest journey you take is from your Head to your Heart.
- Embodiment: Tapping into your 7 key Chakra energy systems offers you intuitive wisdom on what areas in your body are experiencing blocks.
- Increasing your Vibrational Frequency: Increase your vibrancy through energetic shifts through meditation
- Journaling - a Bioenergetic feedback system of exploring patterns that serve you and patterns that need an interrupt
The seven main chakras:
- Root Chakra – Muladhara: Located at the base of the spine, represents grounding and stability, security and root needs
- Sacral Chakra – Swadhisthana: Located in the lower abdomen, represents vitality, emotions, creativity and sexuality
- Solar Plexus – Manipura: Located in the upper abdomen, symbolising authenticity, will power, self-esteem and confidence
- Heart Chakra – Anahata: Where love, compassion, forgiveness and empathy rests
- Throat Chakra – Vishuddha: Located at the throat where communication, creativity, self-expression and truth rests
- Third Eye – Pineal – Ajna: Located between the eyebrows where intuition, insight, clarity and inner wisdom rests
- Crown Chakra – Sahasrara: Above the head where spiritual connection, enlightenment, peace, wellbeing and consciousness exists
