Begin with an uplifting invocation featuring beautiful eastern chants by Eloise Newell, soothing flute and drum melodies, and a sound bath meditation by White Feather that sets a peaceful tone for the day. This harmonious beginning leads into This Week’s Talk: Loaves & Fishes, where Eloise will share insights and inspiration to uplift your spirit and guide you through the upcoming week.
Meet Eloise: Eloise Newell has been a dedicated practitioner with Center for Spiritual Living Menifee Valley for the past nine years, also serving as the board’s Treasurer. Before joining CSLMV, she practiced at the Paradise Center for Spiritual Living, where she honed her skills in spiritual guidance.
Having lived for many years in an ashram in Oakland, Eloise specializes in sound healing and chanting, bringing a deep spiritual presence to her work. Her unique approach combines her experience in community service with her passion for helping others find harmony and healing through sound.
Eloise is committed to fostering a supportive environment for individuals on their spiritual journeys, inspiring them to connect with their inner peace and divinity.

Welcome to Alcoholics Anonymous - Big Book Study at Center for Spiritual Living Menifee Valley.
Join us for our closed Alcoholics Anonymous meeting focused on the Big Book, where individuals seeking recovery come together to explore and discuss the foundational text of A.A. in a supportive environment.
Meeting Details:
- When: Tuesdays, 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Where: Center for Spiritual Living Menifee Valley, in back Patio Room. Park in back.
- Format: Closed discussion (for A.A. members and those with a desire to stop drinking)
- In-Person: Gather with others in a confidential and safe space
- BYOB: Bring Your Own Books – feel free to bring your own copy of the Big Book to share insights and reflections.
- Meeting Style: Three-step format
In our circle, you’ll find a welcoming atmosphere where everyone is encouraged to share their thoughts and experiences related to the Big Book’s teachings. The three-step format helps guide our discussions, fostering a deeper understanding of recovery principles. Together, we support one another on the journey to sobriety, creating a sense of community and connection.

Join us for our closed Alcoholics Anonymous meeting, where men and woman seeking recovery from alcohol addiction come together in a supportive environment. Our group is dedicated to sharing experiences, strength, and hope to help one another on the path to sobriety.Meeting Details:
- When: Thursdays, 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Where: Center for Spiritual Living Menifee Valley in Patio Room- enter from the back of the building.
- Format: Closed discussion (for A.A. members and those with a desire to stop drinking)

Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women united by a common problem: alcoholism. Our meetings provide an opportunity for members to support each other in their recovery journeys and to find strength in community.
Closed: Closed AA meetings in California are not open to the general public. They are reserved for members and anyone who has a desire to stop drinking. Discussions are personal in nature and related to alcohol addiction recovery.
Discussion: AA discussion meetings in California help members share their thoughts and feelings on a specific topic related to alcoholism and recovery. A pre-determined speaker will open the meeting by sharing a topic from an AA text, such as the Big Book or AA Grapevine. After discussing the topic briefly, they will open the floor for others to speak.

Meet Dave: Dave Friedman is a seasoned Life Coach, entrepreneur, spiritual counselor, dad, and musician, whose rich life experiences have shaped his approach to helping others. With five diverse careers and multiple relocations across the country, Dave knows firsthand the challenges of navigating change. His unique perspective makes him an empathetic and insightful guide through life’s transitions.
As a coach, Dave’s mission is to provide clients with the tools and support they need to achieve greater self-understanding, define their life direction, and create actionable plans to live a life of intention. His approach is grounded in the belief that a little guidance and a shared understanding can make all the difference in creating meaningful change.
Known for his dynamic speaking style, Dave delivers talks that are filled with nuggets of timeless wisdom designed to inspire, motivate, and encourage his audience. He brings authenticity and warmth to every conversation, making sure his clients and listeners leave feeling empowered and ready to step into the best version of themselves.
