Center for Spiritual Living Minneapolis offers a free meditation space for anybody who wants to join. Guided by many skilled meditation teachers, the focus varies from week to week though often includes: breathwork, mindfulness, loving-kindness, and compassion for yourself, for others, and for our world. All meditation levels are welcome and respected.
Connect with yourself on a deep level, reflect on what you need in your life, and come away with a newfound sense of confidence and self-love. Our weekly meditations are guided by our inspirational Practitioners.
Through breath, guided imagery, and/or body awareness you will easily connect with the present moment. Be aware of your thoughts, feelings, and sensations, and leave with a peaceful heart.
