Welcome to the Center for Studies in Psychology!
This group is for people interested in critical thinking, human behavior, human nature, the brain, the mind, behavioral genetics, and happiness.
We will be exploring these scientific fields in psychology (knowledge for which we have evidence):
* Critical Thinking - We are emotional thinkers by nature. To become logical thinkers, we must be taught. Most people are never taught.
* Positive Psychology - How to Flourish in Life.
* Evolutionary Psychology - How the Mind and Human Nature Came to Be.
* Behavioral Genetics - How Genes Influence/Create Behavior.
* Neuroscience - How the Physical Brain Works.
* The Science of Birth Order - How Functional Birth Order and Sibling Rivalry Determine Personality.
* Male and Female Brains - Men and women are not the same. They are not interchangeable. Each sex has a brain sculpted by evolution with adaptations, purposes and functions that existed on the African savanna 200,000 years ago.

It is joyful, pleasurable, and enormously satisfying to study history, human nature and behavior, and all domains of accumulated human knowledge.
Living for millions of years in one's own mind is the closest we can come to eternal life lived in but a single human lifespan.
