This week we will be discussing Christmas, Hanukah and whatever holiday you may or may not be celebrating and your feelings around it. We will have a sharing circle and then move into meditation!

We will be offering Meditations geared towards the people who enter! Those who join us will have an opportunity to make requests of specific styes of Meditation, learn new ones, or receive a Guided Channeled Meditation depending on your specific needs or current challenges.
