Dora Canal Evening Paddle

Come out for a fun easy paddle down the beautiful Dora canal! Meeting spot is at the Kalua Beach Bar located in Wooton Park. You can drive close to waters edge to unload or there is also a boat ramp and plenty of parking spots.

It’s about 10-15 min paddle on Lake Dora to the entrance of the Dora canal, we can paddle as far as we want then head back and maybe catch a sunset if the timing is right!

Should be minimal boat traffic on a wed night, Dora canal is definitely worth checking out if you have not experienced it yet!

*byob (boat) event. There is a rental place next to the bar but not sure what their rates are or hours of operation.

*Launch site may be moved to the following address to bypass Lake Dora depending on the weather conditions at start of event. Its 5 min drive from Kalua Beach Bar. We will still meet at Kalua site and then make that call.
