Thanks for joining our Meetup Group!
We want to welcome you to Central Jersey Ski & Snowboard Club and hope you will decide to join us in our on-snow and year-round social activities. Participating in our Meetup group will hopefully familiarize you with our club, but it is no substitute to coming to a Club meeting and experiencing what we are all about first-hand. We are an all-volunteer organization run by members, for members. CJSC was formed in 1971, and owns a Vermont lodge in the heart of the Green Mountains that we built in 1975 (it’s close to Killington and Sugarbush). So the Club has been around longer than Meetup has!
Regular Club meetings are held at Town and Country Inn, Keyport NJ, 1st and third Wednesdays from October through March, and at pre-announced shore area bars and restaurants in Spring and Summer. Guests are welcome to attend all meetings -- we are a friendly group. We do enjoy sharing the passion for skiing, boarding and all types of outdoor activities with others who share this interest -- or those that are just learning to love the snow.
Joining this group and joining the club are not the same thing. Current membership dues to join the Club are $75 per year.
RSVP’ing here is just a way of telling other meetup group members that you plan to attend an event but in the case of trips, you'll need to attend a meeting to formally register and submit payment. One of CJSC's greatest membership benefits is our weekend bus trips! What better way to go skiing in Vermont and New England than when you don't have to drive yourself?
