Every person regardless of their age, income or location benefits from being reasonably prepared for emergencies. Prepping something is better than nothing.
Goal = Share ideas and information regarding emergency preparedness with people with a similar goal of surviving times of chaos and remaining safe.
We will periodically meet to discuss the various issues related to creating a more resilient condition for surviving difficult times. In more clear terms --- This group is about sharing information to prepare for potential events that would threaten our society and our ability to survive. Examples --- major economic depression, grid loss, etc.
The group is also a resource willing to give advice to new peppers in areas that new peppers have no experience.

Important message to members of the Central NH Preparedness Group -- 02/23/24
SUMMARY ---
Security Red Flags have increased. It is our recommendation that the prepping you plan on doing should be completed ASAP (within the next several months). As a result of our current assessments of the threat, we are planning meetings for the next 6 to 7 months focused on key subject matters. After that, our subject oriented discussion meetings will end. We plan to keep the group communication going and do social events every two to three months so we can stay in touch with each other. We will definitely keep our emergency radio network going and try to expand.

DETAILS / REASONING ---
Since the formation of this group we have taken a non-alarmist approach to encouraging and sharing information on prepping for a disruption event in the US. Recently however a number of observations (red flags) have popped up significantly increasing our level of concern.
One of the biggest concerns involves the border crossing of Chinese military age men into the US. Initially it was assumed that these people just wanted to better their lives. Based on observations from several sources (see links below), the case for China to launch a significant disruption from within the US is becoming worrisome and more likely.
So what are the red flags catching our attention ? In summary the red flags are as follows ---
-- Large numbers of unattached military age Chinese men crossing the border into the US. Most estimates vary from 5,000 to 35,000 men so far. Higher estimates of 100,000 have been suggested as well;
-- Reports of the Chinese military age men being picked up at the border by vans (driven by Chinese) to unknown locations in the US;
-- US law enforcement stating that there are Chinese "safe houses" in every US state;-
- Discovery (by accident) of a secret Chinese bio-hazard lab in CA that was unlicensed and previously unknown;
-- Recent Ohio Sheriff press conference where he warns Americans of the Chinese military age illegal aliens based on information he shares from discussions with Federal agencies. In the press conference video below, note that although he focuses on cyber attacks, he plans to start training events to train CIVILIANS on what to do in a disaster to work with law enforcement;
-- As the last article below shows, NH is now seeing more migrants cross into NH from Canada.
Note --- One of the articles highlights videos showing target practice being done by military age Chinese migrants. We translated what is said in the videos and it is not supportive of the article's claim that Chinese migrants (soldiers) are preparing to kill Americans. But the other Red Flags are real enough for us to be concerned.
Steve, Bill and I believe time is short and that these are real Red Flags that should not be ignored. The exact timeline for an event is not known, but some feel that it may be timed to the coming general election. Even if that timeline is wrong, the probability of an event increases with each passing month after the election.
