Word Virus Book Club

Word Virus is a book club. We enjoy weird books with an inclination toward the diverse, and then we talk about them over beer and pizza. Well, one time instead of discussing the book we had read we took a road trip to Des Moines where Better Homes And Gardens have their "Test Garden" and we snuck into the "Restricted Area," which was really cool until the standing stones started glowing and we accidentally released an ancient evil and one of the carnivorous plants there chanted in backwards Latin and ate Sam but no one really liked Sam because Sam ALWAYS read the book and ALWAYS had way too many opinions so, I mean, our condolences to Sam's pets and co-workers I guess. Anyway. It was in the paper, maybe you saw us?
We meet at Vino's at 7th & Chester on the 2nd Saturday of every month. Official selection is always Good Omens by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman, regardless of which book we'll actually be discussing. Find us on the Facebook at:
