Fall Equinox Reflection & Meditation

Let us come together to reflect and pay our respects and gratitude to the summer sun and the gift of warmth and light it has provided us over the past few months. We will hold a reflection circle to discuss briefly what the summer season brought us energetically and emotionally serving to give thanks and close out the season. 🙏🏼☀️

We will then shift our energy and minds towards a circle of reflection welcoming the Fall and all that it brings. Like the season, we too as humans typically begin to slow down energically in the fall - our habits change, our clothes, our moods. Let us take time to welcome these changes and set intention as we witness the beautiful transformation of Mother Earth and strive to live in harmonious movement with her. 🍂🍁

**Any amount of contribution to discussions is appreciated but not required! Express whatever amount you feel comfortable with.
After discussion and reflection, we will have a meditation themed towards honoring ourselves as sacred pieces of the cycle of the Earth and the Universe.🙏🏼🌎🌌

**All levels of meditators welcome, the meditation will be accompanied by music and tools to enhance a deeper level of peace and connection.
