This weekly ACIM study group meets in-person. It includes Meetup and non-Meetup participants.
This is a support group for people studying A Course In Miracles. This is not teaching group or spiritual discussion group. ACIM is a yearlong self-study program; a tool designed for daily use. Our weekly study groups (we have two, one in-person and one on Zoom) are intended to support your daily self-study. You can learn about the Course and read the text in many places including the Foundation for Inner Peace website www.ACIM.org. The Miracle Distribution Center www.MiracleCenter.org offers a fairly a comprehensive listing of study groups and other resources.
We are currently using the “Complete and Annotated Course In Miracles” published by the Circle of Atonement. It includes all the material found in the Foundation for Inner Peace’s blue ACIM books plus additional material which had been left out of earlier editions. You can learn all about this newest edition is based on the original handwritten notes of Helen Schucman, at www.circleofa.org. It is available as a book from Amazon.com and as a free and easy to read/search app from Google or Apple, just search for "ACIM CE". You must have a book or the app to participate in our groups.

We then take turns reading paragraphs from the Text and occasionally pausing between sections to reflect on ideas that resonate or questions that arise. As you read you will notice that many of your questions will be answered in the next sections of the book. We try to read more than we chat. We end around 8:00 PM with a brief prayer, again usually from the Text. We sometimes talk for a few minutes after this.
