Details

  1. Please read and agree to all ride details before signing up!
  2. You are responsible for your guest, please look after them throughout the ride.
  3. It is essential that all riders follow some basic group ride safety procedures:
  • Pay close attention to the bicycle in front of you
  • Call out "Slowing" immediately if you use your brakes or the rider in front of you calls "Slowing"
  • Communicate all road hazards you observe to your fellow riders; "Car left", "Hole", "Car passing", etc.
  • Make sure you check beside you and behind you and communicate to the other riders if you want to move out from behind the bicycle in front of you
  • Try to stay behind the bicycle in front of you or clearly move into a safe passing lane next to that bicycle; don't ride half-wheel
  • Communication with your fellow bikers is the key
  • Ask questions at the start of the ride if you would like clarification of any of these guidelines:
