3-Hour Figure Drawing Session: Short-to-Long Pose, Clothed Model
Details
3-hour, uninstructed life drawing sessions open to the public for artists to draw or paint from a live model. This session will begin with short and dynamic poses to warm up with gesture drawings, and then progress to longer poses for more finished works. We will work from a clothed model on this date (12/5).
*The scheduled model for this date is immunocompromised and requests that participants wear a mask. Masks will be available in the classroom.*
Artists of all experience levels are welcome. All attendees are required to sign a guidelines agreement and liability waiver on their first visit. See the guidelines agreement for detailed notes on materials (specifically regarding oil painting).
Adults, and teens who have written parental permission to draw from the nude model may participate.
What to Bring
- Bring your own art materials (all mediums are welcome!). Easels and chairs are provided.
- $15 cash for the model fee.
