This led style Ashtanga class is perfect for those who are new and/or curious about the Ashtanga method, as well as for experienced practitioners looking to get a quick practice in that checks all the boxes.
Lisa Davis, our Ashtanga program director, calls this her "vacation practice"! It includes the Primary Series' foundational Sun Salutations A and B, standing poses, standing forward bends, standing balancing postures, backbends, inversions, and ends with seated meditation.
The teacher will guide you through a 60-minute practice while giving cues and adjustments as needed, and incorporating the breath with each movement.
The practice room will be heated between 80-85 degrees.
Ashtanga is meant to challenge, but not to overwhelm. Come, do your best, and find yourself in the flow!
