Weekly Free Play Chess

Come out every Monday at 6pm to the Lindale Whataburger to play chess.

Improve your critical thinking skills, and meet new people.

To use the Whataburger facility we ask that some food purchase is made at some point in your visit.

Boards are provided. If you'd like to play using an optional clock we have one or two of those too. We typically have players as young as five years old and as old as seventies, and players at all levels. Our club is more oriented towards casual play but serious players are welcome as well. If you want some lessons several players are usually willing to try to share their knowledge on tactics, strategy and positional play.
