Welcome to writing session #4!
We will start promptly at 9 a.m. so please come ready with your choice of writing device (despite the group name, you are not required to use pen and paper :] ) and writing agenda for the session. Additionally, make sure to grab your tea/coffee, if you feel so inclined.
15 minutes before the end of the session (at 10:45 a.m. CST), we will go around the (zoom) room introducing ourselves and what we are working on. At that point, you are also welcome to connect and network with other writers in the meeting.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Although we are meeting online, it is important that we 'see' each other working on our writing, to keep the spirit of co-working alive. For that reason, I ask that everyone keep their videos on for the writing session.
- On the other hand, while the session is ongoing, please make sure that your device is muted so as to ensure a peaceful writing environment for everyone. Please use chat feature instead, if you need to communicate.
- Please test out the zoom link before the session. If you have trouble accessing the zoom, send me a message, prior to the meeting.
- Please be respectful in your communication to all participants. Any disrespectful and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and you will be removed from the meeting permanently.
- Finally, the goal of the session is not necessarily how much you produce in terms of volume, so please be kind to yourself and appreciate any and all progress.
