Presentation:
"What's Old in SOLIDWORKS"
Jeff Setzer | Technology Evangelist | GSC (An Ellison Technologies Company)
Jeff has presented at "EVERY" SOLIDWORKS/3DExperience World and many User Group meetings over the years. SOLIDWORKS 2025 is the 33rd release of the program and Jeff has been with GSC for 33 years. Jeff's presentations are always entertaining and educational.
It's that time of year again with the "What's New in SOLIDWORKS 2025" rollouts and webinars happening all over the place. For this meeting we thought we would change things up a bit. (Thanks to a suggestion from Ed Eaton.)
From polling our users at past meetings there seems to be a trend that not everyone is working on the latest and greatest version of SOLIDWORKS. There are numerous reasons for this that I will not get into here. (You have to come to the meeting to find out.)
Since many of our users are working with older versions of the software, we thought who better to have present, a refresher on the "What's New" from a hand full of previous releases, than Jeff Setzer, the What's New Guru. Jeff will revisit some of the greatest enhancements from 2024, 2023, 2022, etc.
We will have the usual pizza and soft drinks for refreshments, along with a door prize drawing (if we have prizes to give away).
The meeting should adjourn around 8:30pm.
No RSVP necessary.
We will base the headcount on the average from previous meetings.
Looking forward to seeing the familiar faces along with any new members.
Solidly Yours,
Denny Bahl
