Dunedin Consort stands as a prominent figure in the Baroque music world, renowned for its vibrant, historically informed performances. Bearing the ancient Celtic name for Edinburgh Castle, Din Eidyn, the ensemble's mission is to blend historical authenticity in early music with new musical expressions. From performances at BBC Proms, Wigmore Hall, Edinburgh and Lammermuir Festivals, their work under Artistic Director John Butt has garnered two Gramophone Awards and a Grammy nomination.
