Indoor Tennis at Hanover Park TRIAL RUN

Hi everyone,

I hope you’re all excited for the upcoming indoor tennis season! Our 3.5 competitive doubles/mixed doubles will once again be held at Centre Court in Hanover Park on Sunday evenings, just like in past years. We switch courts/partners during the 2 hrs. The fee is $15 per person for 2 to 2.5 hours of play, depending on court availability. This helps cover court and guest fees and allows us to secure courts in advance.

I will reach out to confirmed players and the first few on the waitlist at least 24 hours before playtime. To confirm your spot, please send the $15 payment at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, your spot may be offered to someone on the waitlist.

If you need to cancel on the day of play, please find a substitute for this event or contact me ASAP. Although payments are non-refundable within 24 hours, everyone is expecting full courts. This helps maintain fairness and encourages finding substitute players on short notice. Additionally, please make an effort to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early, so we can start our matches on time. If tardiness becomes an issue, I will contact you directly.

PS: this is a trial run of the winter season and I am only allowing 2 players as I am having other 3.5 to 4.0 players playing doubles as well who are sure to be on time and pay me in advance. If things go smoothly, I will increase the number of participants next time.
