Event hosts will plan for a time and specific location to meet up ahead of the concert. This might be inside the venue, or somewhere nearby to grab some food beforehand so it's easier to find people.

If someone in this group (including the organizer of your event) makes you uncomfortable either virtually over messages or in-person at a concert, please make the lead organizer of the group (caleb) aware and the offender will be permanently banned. we don't need that here :)
