Recently, I took a sewing workshop at Ace Makerspace in Oakland. I'm very curious about their other maker labs, besides the sewing studio. Join me and we can check it out together. Artists will be demo-ing their crafts. Afterward, for those who are interested, we'll walk 15 minutes to nearby Paradise Park Cafe for an afternoon pick-me-up.

We'll meet at the corner of 60th and Lowell Streets. Ace Makerspace is at 6050 Lowell in Oakland.

We’ll be offering tours of our spaces at 1pm and 3pm each day, plus on-demand tours throughout the event. Take a behind-the-scenes look at our textiles/coworking studio, laser lab, metal shop, woodshop, CNC router, and clean fab studio with 3D printers and tools for electronics. And our amazing artist community will be presenting live demos to share their creative processes and skills.
