Ever wondered what it's like to meditatate, to heal free from stress and enter a relaxed stage. Ever wondered if working on your breathing could sooth those inner thoughts. Then try my class. We will focus on basic meditation, enjoy nature and work on breath work. I can take the group on a visual meditation group class and leave you feel weightless at the end of the class. This class is focused on anyone who wants to experience something new.
