What we’re about
This group is for people who are ready to begin or have recently begun the sport of bodybuilding, regardless of current fitness level.
The goal of the group is to provide support, encouragement, to network, and to find workout partners.
Meetup events can range from small group gym workouts, to group conversations and seminars led by experienced trainers and/or advanced bodybuilders and nutrition experts or social gatherings.
Bodybuilding requires dedication and following strict workout and nutrition regimens and having a community of people with the same goals to be accountable to can make a big difference.
