Learning spiritual hygiene

Let’s come together in unity to learn, spiritual hygiene aligning the chakras and getting the energy flowing from earth and cosmos to help maintain a constant balance in our personal energy. We will be concentrating on letting go of 2024 energy to make room for new energy 2025 blessings. This is a safe space for all. We have time to ask questions at the end. Please be open minded. We all cleanse our physical bodies it’s time to cleanse our energy systems and spiritual bodies.. by doing so you will learn your own personal boundaries to keep others energy out of your space.
