TranscendArt Workshop begins as a guided meditation reaching behind the ego state to your higher self in space and color. Through the TranscendArt Stress Transformation Meditation, your consciousness enters a view of your current state. Feel desires and blocks; how you drive yourself or how you are driven by outside influences. Experience the inner perception and light energy which reveals our vibration in its flowing chromatic forms. Then, flow with your enlightened state. Enjoy playing with paint and brush creating your own color-filled, acrylic artwork. All supplies are provided, and you take your colorful creation home, a reminder of your journey.

*Dress comfortably in clothes you wouldn’t mind getting paint on

**Doors close promptly at 2:00 pm, as we will get right into our meditation shortly after arrival

I developed TranscendArt Workshop as a response to a friend who was lost before her love of self was found. The workshop strives to allow us access to our inner world to feel and see more of our multidimensional selves. Let’s play!
