Love Peace Harmony meditation is a great way to recharge, release stress, boost energy and bring greater mental wellness and emotional wellbeing. In this gentle, heart-based meditation, you will be guided into a state of deeper connection with your heart, focusing on bringing in light while listening to music, and empowered with practical techniques that you can apply in your everyday life to transform difficulties in any area of life, including emotional, physical, mental, spiritual, relationships and more. This complementary method may be applied in conjunction with everything you already may be practicing.

Reverend at Circle of Miracles, J. has been on a spiritual path much of her life. She watched her grandma twist into many yoga poses and listen to mystics and others in metaphysics. Baptized a Lutheran in 2013, she believes spiritual mothers and fathers are called many names, and all direct to Oneness. Originally from Hollywood, CA she has experienced a colorful life living on Maui, in San Francisco, NYC, Princeton and Florida with a background in large and small scale event production for the political, nonprofit, business and consumer sectors; corporate sales and marketing and three entrepreneurial endeavors. Now she seeks to meld passion with experiences and help to create a world of love, peace and harmony living a life of service as a Certified Tao Healing Hands Practitioner, Certified End of Life Doula, Reiki II Practitioner.
