This group is open to men who want to:
• experience speaking openly with authenticity and honor
• explore your feelings and how they shape your actions
• learn more about yourself and share your truths with other men
• look more deeply into what might be holding you back in your life
• experience healthy, supportive "men's work"

This group is affiliated with The ManKind Project (MKP), a global non-profit organization, sponsors of the New Warrior Training Adventure (NWTA), an experiential weekend, and other trainings. MKP is not affiliated with any religious practice or political party, and is inclusive and affirming of cultural differences such as ethnicity, sexual orientation, faith, age, ability and nationality.
