What we’re about
Circlesinging is a form of improvisational community-singing, and is a wonderful way to explore our voices and creativity.
We draw on a variety of musical traditions to learn to trust our instincts and let our voices flow naturally. If you're a beginning singer, welcome! This is a really fun and low-stakes way to start playing more with your voice. If you're an experienced singer, welcome! We'll offer you plenty of chances to challenge and inspire your voice.
We'll build songs using small snippets of rhythm, melody, and harmony, creating music unique to the moment. It's like having a conversation with music – spontaneous and fun!
