Our *BRISK* semi-loop walk will start @ the **FOLSOM**/Iron Point Park 'n' Ride *alternate* lot. After introductions, we’ll cross Folsom Bl..

We'll walk along the Jedediah Smith Memorial Trail + the American River Parkway. We’ll maintain a *brisk* walking speed of 3 +/- mph *or* greater. Along our way, we'll take a relaxing break *or* two.

Please bring WATER 💦, walking shoes, hat, windbreaker, sunscreen, a snack, a small pack to carry your stuff + your sense of humor!

Join us! Walking with *like-minded* folk could enhance your experience! *No dogs + no cats.*

MEET at **8:20am** @ Folsom PARK 'n' RIDE at Folsom Blvd. & Iron Point Road in the Light Rail *overflow* parking lot ... below CHILI'S Grill. Please see map + red location pin. Plan to arrive *a few minutes early!*

Restrooms may be available @ 0.5 mile into our walk at Willow Creek + also @ a turn-around point.
