What do a mud bath, a dust bath, a bubble bath, and a sound bath all have in common? Well, they all make you feel absolutely MARVELOUS!

BUT because you are not a cute little piglet, or an adorable baby elephant or teensy-weensy birdie, and because you won’t let anyone steal your chocolate bon bons while watching your favorite Netflixes, the only type of bath that is left is a SOUND BATH!!!

Please join me for combination Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath- by candlelight! Ahhhh what better way to spend a Sunday evening?

Listening to beautiful Sound Bath instruments DJ’ed by the talented Tammy Wene and treating your body with Restorative Yoga movements orchestrated by the elegance of Lyndy Rae will bring you to a peaceful spot.

People say they feel transported to calmer places after yoga and sound bathing. Clinical research shows that sound bath sounds and yoga can help people to relax and also may lessen chronic pain, anxiety, and depression. Feelings of joy, calm, and happiness are also reported.

NO experience or registration needed. In other words, your great, great, great, did I mention GREAT grandma can do this with her eyes closed?!

The formal fun is actually from 7:00 PM to 8:15 PM. But the informal fun starts at 6:30- which includes: finding your spot, setting up your matt, going pottie, turning off your phone, and making sure that I see you smile before you get ready for Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath!

I mean, even the one eyed one horned flying purple people like to be hugged. What about 12345678 910 11 12 ladybugs at the ladybugs’ picnic? They like hugs too- even while they’re chowing down your watermelon while you were out with Susie, selling seashells at the seashore! Even Oscar the Grouch likes to be hugged! So what if he’s a little bit stinky? It’s all good!

Usually I end my Meetups with a yummy outing where we all have a chance to chitty chat and get to know one another. But because it will be so late and you will be so relaxed, you will just want to get home, kick off your shoesies and maybe your socksies, and hit the hay.

So come on, bring a mat, pillow, blanket & water, get ready to show off your tootsies (you can bring socks if you want), turn off your cell phones, and let’s have some fun!
