What we’re about
This is a group for those interested in track/ running! Men & women welcome. We will get together once a week for track "practice" to work on and improve our techniques, skills, and form. We will also meet once a week for a casual run or jog around the track, meaning we meet twice per week! Once a month we will break off into smaller teams to race! The winning team gets bragging rights and first place ribbons. Come run with us!
