The Cleveland Board Gamers

GAMERS,
Join us for a monthly gaming gathering, every third Saturday of the month at Mentor Public Library from 9am-4pm. We have games starting at various times.
You're welcome to bring food and beverages (non-alcohol) with fridge and microwave available.
There will also be games you can play during the session and then check out from Mentor Public Library's "Library of Things" as well as occasional presentations of new games on the market from a local gaming contact (Games are from Finland).
This is also a library program event.

This venue is open to board and Eurogames; chess; war games; RPGs, and regular & trading card games/CCGs. This is a great location, between Akron and Cleveland. Bring your games! The Friends of the Library provides free soft drinks on ice. Food is OK if you clean up afterwards. Open gaming will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The meet-up is in the Fenton Room. Grab your favorite euro board games and join The Cleveland Board Gamers for an evening of social gaming fun! Eurogames are board games such as Wingspan, Ticket to Ride, Splendor, (Settlers of) Catan, Carcassonne, Puerto Rico, etc.

We will likely be breaking up into smaller groups to play games. That way we can divide up based on what type of games we like to play and have time to play more games.

If you have any favorite eurogames or new ones you want to introduce, definitely bring them along! It’s always great to have a variety of games available.

You are welcome to drop by even if you haven't RSVP'd. In fact, most people do not RSVP. Don't be shy to join us. We have seen turnouts as large as 21 gamers. Hope to see you there!
