Jump Rope Class at the Y!

Come check out our jump rope class at the Newport YMCA! The class is free for members and only $15 for non-members. Please RSVP to reserve your spot.

You'll learn various skills like speed jumping, footwork, releases, multiple unders, wheel, and double Dutch.

Jump ropes will be provided, and we will be jumping in the group exercise room on the second floor. Please make sure to bring a water bottle and good shoes. Let us know if you have any questions, and we hope to see you there!
