This session explores the evolution of cloud security from traditional static, posture-focused scanning to dynamic, agent and sensor-based approaches.
Following security approaches are discussed:
- Emerging agent/sensor based approach
- Shift left (code) v.s. Shift right (runtime)
- Real time threat detection
- Surgical response & prevention
We will then have an open discussion about cloud security.

In a world where cloud costs are spiraling out of control, there's a superhero ready to save your finances from the black hole of hyperscalers: FinOps. Especially for large companies migrating their application landscape to the cloud, budget control and optimization is essential but becomes even more difficult the longer you don't have it. In this talk, I will share our learnings from building an enterprise FinOps platform, highlighting key lessons and common pitfalls.
