What we’re about
A welcoming and inclusive space for people of all levels of experience to explore meditation and mindfulness practices. We offer a variety of activities, including:
- Sitting meditation: This traditional form of meditation involves sitting quietly and focusing on the breath or a mantra
- Walking meditation: This meditation involves walking slowly and mindfully, paying attention to the sensations of the body and the environment
- Bonfires: We gather around a bonfire to meditate, share stories, and connect with nature
- Drumming: We drum together to create a sense of community and rhythm
- Breathing: We learn about different breathing techniques and how to use them to reduce stress and improve focus
- Cold plunges: We immerse ourselves in cold water to challenge our minds and bodies and boost our immune systems
Meditation and mindfulness can benefit everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or background. Our purpose is to provide a supportive and encouraging environment where people can learn and explore these practices at their own pace.
