We are limiting to 6 places at table for those guests travelling with our group plus a further 4 for London Members who wish to meet us at The Ritz and travel to and from the venue under their own steam.

Details have yet to be finalised with The Ritz so watch this page, but -for the moment : ......

1. ***Dinner*:** Minimum deposit payment (£120) is required as soon as Organisers make the request as we are required to pay per person at the time of booking. You will need to allow for your drinks and approximate VAT & GRAT.) Any over or under payments will be collected/transferred back to you the next day.
2. ***Travelling costs*:** in chauffeured limousine @ **£200** per person (return from and back to Earls Barton via Newport Pagnell, Bozeat, Wollaston and Wellingborough.
3. ***Payment is always made by Bank Transfer so please contact the Organisers for the relevant details.***

**Timetable/Plan for the event**:

* 15.30 p.m. Chauffeur driven limousine will leave from (and return to) Earls Barton calling at Wellingborough, Wollaston, Bozeat and Newport Pagnell en route to collect passengers
* 16.45 p.m. Comfort break for coffee en route at London Gate Services
* 17.30 p.m. Leave London Gate and make our way into Central London
* 19.00 Cocktail on arrival
* 20.00 Dinner
* 23.00 Depart The Ritz
* 23.15 Depart London and head back to Earls Barton in reverse order from the outward route.

**If Members wish to travel separately to and from The Ritz then those of us travelling in the limousine we can arrange to meet them at the hotel Reception.**
