Online meetings are back! Come share your thoughts at this online meeting.

It is very hard to explain to people who have never known serious depression or anxiety the sheer continuous intensity of it. There is no off switch.

Our meeting may be a good place to talk about how your week is going and feel a sense of community with other like-minded individuals. The goal of Denver Bipolar is to have an accepting environment with members who listen in a nonjudgmental way.

If you are running late, do not worry. We have members sign on to Zoom late due to traffic, work, weather, etc.

All the content in these meetings will be kept completely confidential. We do not want you to feel pressured to talk. Participants are free to engage or listen at their own discretion.
