Drop by, on a Saturday once a month! Hosted by Macos Coffee Crafters, a specialty coffee roastery & shop. Experience a group meditation session and then socialize over lunch – the perfect Saturday combination of self-care and meeting / making new friends in and around Zug.
Cost: The meditation sessions are completely free and our way of sharing what we love with others. You just have simply pay for your own food / drinks. Making new friends is completely free also!

Experience a simple and profound 20-minute guided meditation, perfect for your self care routine, one that will help energize you for the week ahead. This session is open and recommended for everyone, no preparation or any prior experience is needed. Just flow and enjoy yourself!
Lunch/Brunch
Enjoy a range of fresh and warm food from different startups. This time we have the lovely Roya Alavi and her Royal Cookclub. Roya has been living & working in Switzerland for 14 years and her passion is food .. so after so much learning and studying other path she ended up doing what she loves most & see the result on her clients face immediately. Roya is Iranian/ Persian & make food like grandmas so it has an authentic taste, delicious but at the same time healthy. Her food is based on Persian, Indian & Lebanese. So I touch base Mediterranean food and lots of fresh herbs and local produce!
Raw Temptation will satisfy your sweet tooth with crafts organic, gluten-free, vegan, 100% raw confections. From decadent truffles and pralines to signature no-cheese cheesecake, each treat is a guilt-free indulgence made with pure, wholesome ingredients.

This was at the heart of creating Social Sundays: The Meditation & Lunch Club.My background: During the week I’m a proud IBMer, with a focus on helping organizations and talent learn how to transform. To help drive the important of personal inner transformation, I founded City Monk and Project Transformation – two global movements, through which I share my own experiences of how we can understand ourselves better, be more open to growth and inner development, all while leading a happy and peaceful life.
