Step into the Jet Age and beyond at the Imperial Dive, our on-site food hall and cocktail bar. Expert mixologists serve up innovative cocktails using locally-distilled spirits. Try one of our many New Mexico beers or a selection of New Mexican wines, while overlooking the iconic 1960's swimming pool from our sunny outdoor deck.

Hope you can join us for some cocktails in advance of Thanksgiving on Sunday November 24th. They can accommodate roughly 30 people, so if you can't make it try to change your RSVP as far in advance as you can so people from the waitlist can attend. Hope to see you there!
